This week we are featuring some amazing photos from photographer Matt Champlin. I actually hope to feature him a few times in the coming months as he travels quites a bit and has some great shots from locales around the world. To get started this week we will be featuring some of his photos from his trip to Egypt in 2009-10. There will actually be eleven posts this week as I found it hard to narrow it down to just 7 posts.
The vast Sahara Desert meets the Nile River. Such a great picture, the reflections in the rippling water of the Nile are perfect. I love how the two extremes (the desert and the longest river in the world) meet and in that small strip between the two there is plentiful green life.
